訂單一經確認，我們將不接受任何理由取消或更改。

Once the order is confirmed, we are not able to cancel or change in any condition.

商品運送前會再三檢查，以盡力確保商品品質。如商品在送抵時有任何損壞，請於貨物送達後7天內電郵info@thewellgon.com 或WhatsApp至6828 4395，通知我們商品損壞狀態，並附上照片，以便商討有關換貨安排。請注意所有包裝必須完整保留並出示購貨之單據，否則我們有權拒絕換貨。於檢查後，我們會為閣下安排更換同款商品（只會更換成相同商品）。對於不符合要求的商品，我們將不予接受更換，並會原樣寄回給顧客。

 All items undergo a comprehensive quality check for damage before we are delivering to customers. Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us by emailing info@thewellgon.com or WhatsApp to 6828 4395 within 7 days (with photo attachment). After checking, we will issue a replacement.

Please ensure that all returned items must be in well packaged. The original sales invoice is also required. Otherwise, Wellgon reserves the right to refused to exchange.
